Maddie joined the fitness and wellness industry because she is passionate about people and helping them feel the best in their bodies. With a background in personal training, group fitness, and yoga, Maddie offers something for everyone. She enjoys helping others reach their goals and implement new routines for a healthier life. Maddie grew up in a very active family, where exercise was encouraged to help manage stress. She started running with her mom, dad, and sister in elementary school, and from there, continued to learn about new exercise modalities.
Diagnosed with anxiety and depression at age eight, Maddie used her love of exercise to help her through some of the toughest times. Her life’s work has become to help others feel good in their skin, whether it be through intense training, or a calming yoga routine.
She has experience with various exercise styles, but her specialties include: interval, circuit style training, boot camp, strength training, and yoga. She is currently finishing up a three year certification in yoga therapy with the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
