Welcome to Storm Fitness Personal Training in Chantilly VA! We specialize in In Home Personal Training and are ready to get you in the best shape of your life. We take a holistic approach to training and will help you with everything from diet to workout to recovery. Unlike most programs that are focused on a single technique, we incorporate pilates, yoga, PIYO, strength, cardio and a host of other techniques. All of this keeps your muscles on their toes and will help give you the best possible workout.

Our programs are all custom designed to meet each individual needs and goals. The first step is an initial phone consultation with the owner of Storm Fitness, Jessica Storm. She will work with you to find a trainer that best matches your fitness needs. We have over a dozen trainers on the Storm Fitness team which specialize in different techniques and working with various populations.

The second step is for our personal trainer to call you to schedule your first comprehensive consultation, which usually runs a little over an hour. We will still squeeze in a light workout, but the real goal is to understand your current fitness level and your goals. This is where Storm Fitness is so different from your other exercise options. Instead of just adding you to a pre-made program, we use our extensive knowledge to analyze where you are physically and then creating a program that will effectively and safely get you to your goals. The best part is that every training session will be a little different. We love variety (and so does your body!) so we will come with something new each and every visit.

 

The final step is for you to fall in love with exercising and seeing the benefits of your hard work. Exercising should not be a chore. If you are like most people, finding time to work out is hard and it is “your” time. We will help you find a routine that you truly love so that you will be energized for the rest of your day. We will show you how even 20 minutes is a great amount of time to get a whole body workout. Once you learn how to activate muscles and really understand how important your form is, you will be able to get an awesome workout with just your own body weight. As you get stronger and more fit, we will keep pushing you to new levels that you didn’t even know you were capable of. Great walking trails (our favorite is Big Rocky Run Stream Valley Trail) and beautiful open spots to work out with your trainer or with a group of friends.
