For a better body, stay hydrated
Staying hydrated is always important, but especially so on hot steamy summer days. We tend to forget just how much water we are losing from our bodies on extra hot days. From your school days you probably remember that up to 60% of the human body is made up of water. The lungs are made up of about 83% water. When you drink water you help your skin do it’s job of regulating body temperature. Not only that, but water is essential for the body to circulate nutrients properly.
If you are spending money on cosmetic procedures or weight loss products in an effort to try and stay looking healthy and young – why not look to something that is free and right under your nose? Water will give you the benefits of looking and feeling younger almost instantly and if you keep up the habit consistently in no time at all you will see an improvement in almost every aspect of your body; from increased energy to weight loss, better skin and even an increased immune system.

It helps me to look forward to it and I end up drinking so much more of it than I would if I were drinking just plain water. Plus the added herbs, veggies and fruit that I add to it give an extra cleansing effect to your body that will help your body eliminate toxins.

lime, raspberries, splash of 100% concentrated tart cherry juice
mint, cucumber, lemon, lime and ginger
