What better way to kick off summer and appreciate the good weather/outdoors than with a workout (you’ll find I celebrate many things with a workout).
Go find your nearest playground and challenge yourself to 3-4 sets: 10 reps of strength, 30 seconds of cardio.
1. Pull up + lateral shuffle
2. Push up + gorilla crawl
3. Broad jump + lateral hop over
4. Mountain climber + lateral gorilla crawl
5. Burpee + sprint
