We are masters at our craft and this 12 week transformation program is the perfect way to experience the results. 12 weeks is the perfect length for a fitness program because it is enough time to break bad habits, develop new healthy habits and get excited about some real changes in how you look and feel.
Like all training with Storm Fitness, we take a holistic approach to your health and fitness. This program will start where you are today. This is not a gimmicky 1-2-3 Step Program that throws you into training too fast leaving you injured and sore in all the wrong places. This program WILL establish a strong foundation from your starting point and be custom tailored to you every step of the way so that your results are real and lasting. The program is catered and designed around the way your brain and body work and that’s why it delivers results.
Storm Fitness provides guidance in all area’s of wellness that a vast majority of other training companies miss. We will help you with training on myofascial release (via foam rolling) and improving your muscle recovery through stretching, yoga and pilates. We teach you how to perform relaxing exercises that you can do at night and/or in the morning that will make you feel great, sleep well and provide incredible benefits like reducing back pain and improving mobility and flexibility.
- Your program will be custom designed with Master Trainer Jessica Storm via a 30 minute phone call.
- Together you will establish a set amount of training days with a minimum of 2 day days per week with your assigned trainer. Jessica will assign a trainer that best fits your needs and goals to carry out your program. Skype training is available for the days when you can’t make a specific session in person.
- There will be a nutritional meal planning session with your assigned trainer and a written out meal plan from the trainer based on the nutritional sessions that will be 100% designed around your nutritional needs and food likes/dislikes. Included are 2 nutritional check-up sessions scheduled into the course of the program at the one month and 2 month mark.
- Also included is your very own customized fitness program that will be delivered to you at the end of your program so that you can carry out the program at home.
- Weekly homework is included as well as 24/7 support and access to your trainer for all your questions and needs.
- Enhancements and add-ons can be custom tailored to your 12 week transformation program so that we build it around your needs and lifestyle. Your tailored program will be determined during your 30 minute phone call with Master Trainer Jessica Storm once you have been accepted into the program. She will work with you to make sure the program is crafted to deliver you the best results for your fitness and health goals.
