Nicole’s love of fitness is contagious. As someone who believes that there’s no “one size fits all” approach to exercise, she loves to work with clients to help them develop a program they enjoy and look forward to. Nicole will work diligently to help you achieve your goals
through challenging but rewarding workouts. Growing up in an active household she gravitated towards competitive sports and enjoyed playing soccer, running track, and playing lacrosse through high school. Nicole received her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland. While she was at UMD she worked as a group fitness instructor which gave her the opportunity to teach a range of classes to a diverse demographic. Her positive energy and fun workouts always led to a packed class whether she was teaching bootcamp, high intensity interval training, cycling or pilates. Nicole began distance running while she was in college and completed five full marathons before she graduated.
After spending a few months at a desk job after graduation, Nicole got a job in corporate fitness. With her new position she was able to use her background to create both group and individual workouts to meet the needs of her clients. Nicole believes in practicing what you preach, so you can often find her trying out new classes and running around her neighborhood. Distance running is still a big part of her life, and after finishing 11 marathons she completed her first full Ironman. Nicole works hard to create a motivating and supportive environment where clients are comfortable and able to get the most out of their workouts. Whatever your goal may be, Nicole looks forward to creating a unique and practical plan to help you get there!
