Megan’s passion is to help her client’s achieve good health and fitness so they can live life to the fullest. Whether that means being able to run around with your grandkids, competing in fitness competitions, or just feeling energized and confident, a proper fitness regime and healthy lifestyle is the foundation.Megan creates customized programs to reach client’s specific goals, and stays by their side during the journey as a mentor and encourager.
As a firefighter, Megan makes fitness a priority to stay strong and injury free. However, staying healthy and fit is more than just a job requirement, but a lifestyle that Megan has always been dedicated to. Megan played Division I lacrosse in college, was competitive in Crossfit and Olympic Lifting, competes in triathlons, and spent many years studying from the very best and taking a wide variety of group exercise classes from yoga to HIIT.
While participating in group fitness and sport programs, Megan found that many of them overstressed certain muscle groups and did not provide proper instruction or monitoring. This inspired Megan to get certified as a personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, enabling her to create her own fitness programs. She now designs well rounded programs that are fun and challenging, but that are carefully structured to create whole body balance and prevent injury. Megan customizes her programs to the abilities and needs of each client. Whatever the goal, Megan will get you there!
