Lauren’s passion for fitness started when she was 18. Working with her softball strength and conditioning coach, she saw huge results in her athletics, as well as her mindset on life. She began taking group classes while also learning all the fundamentals of functional fitness, Olympic weightlifting, and high intensity exercise.
Lauren went on to earn her Bachelors in Exercise Science at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. During her studies, she worked in the athletic training and sports medicine department, volunteered in cardiac rehabilitation, and interned at a local physical therapy and fitness center.
Upon graduation, Lauren worked as an exercise physiologist for two years in an outpatient physical therapy clinic assisting patients in the orthopedic, cancer, and lymphedema rehabilitation programs. In addition, she worked with clients at a local health club helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.
With experience in rehabilitation, adult fitness, group exercise, sports medicine, and sports conditioning, Lauren will coach you every step of the way towards a healthy lifestyle that fits your body’s needs. Lauren believes there is no one-size-fits- all approach to fitness and health. She knows that every person and situation is unique and she enjoys meeting the client at his or her level and building from there. Lauren looks forward to helping each of her clients realize their goals and dreams through health and fitness.
