Kate’s dedication to health, nutrition and fitness has been a lifelong passion. Her mind-body approach to health and wellness includes models such as yoga, Pilates, strength training, balance training, flexibility, nutritional guidance and mindfulness. The balance of all of these components has proved effective in achieving clients’ goals, staying challenged and having fun!
Kate has worked with all age ranges and has extensive experience with older adults, injury recovery as well as challenges from arthritis, osteoporosis, osteopenia, scoliosis and Parkinson’s.
Kate’s ability to provide a safe, enjoyable, successful environment for fitness allows clients to build confidence, learn and have the peace of mind they want in order to have an enjoyable fitness experience.
