NASM Certified Personal Trainer
Chris’s training philosophy is that fitness doesn’t have to be complicated or stressful. All it takes is a little time and commitment. Chris has been active his entire life–a competitive runner since childhood, captain of his high school track and cross country teams, and now a certified fitness professional from a gold standard organization.
After spending some time working a physically and emotionally unsatisfying office job, Chris jumped career paths to become a NASM certified personal trainer in order to help others who are struggling with a sedentary lifestyle, or who just want to tone up and feel stronger in their day-to-day.
Chris knows first hand how challenging it can be to manage a busy work-life schedule while also remaining committed to good health, which is why he tries to make every workout interesting and productive, with an attainable goal in sight. He has a wide range of experience working with people of all different walks of life and helping them get back onto an active path.
