Amanda takes a “first move well, then move often” approach with all of her clients. She specializes in corrective exercises and high intensity training. Amanda’s first focus is to create a unique program that clients will look forward to showing up to.
Amanda is a former competitive golfer turned into a competitive Olympic lifter. In 2010, she entered the industry after finding her love for fitness while pursuing her BA in International Affairs at GWU. She is a certified ACE trainer and USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach. Amanda also enjoys teaching group fitness classes ranging from Bootcamp, barbell classes, PiYo Strength and Spin.
