We take a holistic approach to your health and fitness. We will start where you are today and will carefully build upon your fitness level. This is not a gimmicky 1-2-3 Step Program that throws you into training too fast leaving you injured and sore in all the wrong places. This program WILL establish a strong foundation from your starting point and be custom tailored to you every step of the way so that your results are real and lasting. The program is catered and designed around the way your brain and body work and that’s why it delivers results.
Storm Fitness provides guidance in all area’s of wellness that a vast majority of other training companies miss. We will help you with training on myofascial release (via foam rolling) and improving your muscle recovery through stretching, yoga and pilates. We teach you how to perform relaxing exercises that you can do at night and/or in the morning that will make you feel great, sleep well and provide incredible benefits like reducing back pain and improving mobility and flexibility.
