Fitness was founded by owner Jessica Storm in 2003 who envisioned
a company dedicated to education of proper exercise techniques
and healthy living. The personal training company takes great
pride in its ability to incorporate a variety of different disciplines
such as strength training, cardio, pilates, boxing, circuit training,
sports conditioning and stretching to create a fun and unique
experience unparallel to any other in the industry. The result
is a happy, healthy and well-conditioned client with a strong
body that is toned, flexible and balanced.
Our
mission is to provide clients with the highest quality personal
training service. We achieve this by hiring only the best trainers
in the industry who possess great personality along with gold
standard certification. Besides hiring some of the most qualified
trainers in the area, Storm Fitness only hires trainers who love
fitness and love helping people. The Storm Fitness team will educate,
motivate and create fun dynamic work-outs in a safe environment
for your own unique personal training experience. Our goal is
to help our clients live a longer, stronger and healthier life.
