Trainer Lauren of Storm Fitness is back with an amazing Get up off the Couch workout! You don’t want to miss this one. It’s the perfect routine to perform on your lazy sunday when you might be kicking back watching some sports.
It’s so important to keep our body moving and I promise you just doing a few of these exercises will keep your metabolism revving for you while you might be doing a bit more sitting than usual while watching your favorite sports team or binge watching scandal.
Don’t think this workout just has to be done while you are sitting around the couch. You can certainly make use of this workout anytime with just the couch in your house. Exercise does not have to be hard or complicated. I promise you, if you follow a few of these simple moves you will be blown away at the changes you can see.
If you are a newbie to exercise I always recommend to start with baby steps. You can do it. As you build more and more confidence just practice adding more to routine each week.
