THE DRAFT: Pick a level for both the upper and lower body portion of the workout that YOU find most challenging.
Level 1: Air squat
Level 2: Jump squat
Level 3: Star jump
Level 1: Plank knee to elbow
Level 2: Push up
Level 3: Plank knee to elbow/spider push up
THE MADNESS: Without stopping, complete 16-8-4-2 reps of both the upper and lower body exercises, for a total of 60 reps.
